100 years of quantum physics are just the beginning …!

With this expectation, numerous physical societies around the world, under the leadership of the APS and the DPG, have started to prepare celebrations in 2025 to commemorate the birth of quantum physics 100 years ago and, above all, its importance for today’s science, technology and society. World Quantum Physics Day, which will be celebrated on April 14, is an excellent opportunity to discuss the current state of quantum physics.

Panellists:

Prof. Dr. Tanja Mehlstäubler (PTB Braunschweig and U Hannover).

Prof. Dr. Klaus von Klitzing (MPI Solid State Research Stuttgart)

Prof. Dr. Eva-Maria Weig (TU Munich)

Moderation: Prof. Dr. Axel Lorke (U Duisburg-Essen)
