What a Wonderful Quantum World

Through illustrative panels, animations, quantum games and interactive experiments, our audience will be able to visualise and explore the wonderful world of quantum mechanics. We will start with a dictionary of fundamental concepts and then recount its applications, from qubits to teleportation and quantum cryptography.

The panels are adapted from the Italian Quantum Weeks panels. The animations, such as Quantum Pills, and interactive games, such as Tiq Taq Toe, are resources taken from QPlayLearn, the interactive experiments use the Quantum Jungle and the QuTools photon entanglement demonstrator acquired from UniPi, together with a quantum cryptography demonstrator built by CNR-INO.
