BOLD Meet-Up Graz: Quantum Technology & Photonics

Join us for a relaxed BOLD Community Meet-up in Graz this April, co-hosted by BOLD Mind Andreas Windisch. Together, we’ll explore two key technologies of Austria’s industrial future: quantum technology and photonics – and what they mean in practice for business, research, and beyond.

Quantum technologies and photonics harness the unique properties of light and quanta to enable breakthroughs such as quantum computing, secure communication, high-precision sensing, and more efficient manufacturing. While Austria is already a global leader in quantum research, the next step is clear: translating this strength into real-world business applications.

After short impulses by Andreas Windisch (Expert on Quantum Technology) and Michael Amiot-Wurzinger (Representative of Photonics Austria), we’ll open the space for discussion and networking across disciplines.
